Who is responsible?
Wethinkbeautiful SRL, Rue de Livourne 36, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgique, company number 0821.383.033, is the publisher of the Bee2Bee site. For any question about your data, contact bee2bee@wethinkbeautiful.com.
When you send a request
When you send the form, what you entered (name, company, email address, business, need), the page you are writing from, the language of the site, the country the request comes from and, if there is one, the origin given in the page’s address are sent to our server. It posts them to a private channel in the Bee2Bee team’s Slack workspace, where the team reads them. The site keeps no copy of them: it has no database.
If sending fails, the form tells you and offers a message ready to send by email. The “Open my email app” button then passes the content of the message to your email application; you decide whether to send it, and it reaches us by email.
Browsing and storage
The site uses no advertising trackers. To see how many visits it gets and which pages are read, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, an audience measurement tool. According to Cloudflare, this tool uses no cookies and no local storage to measure the audience, and it does not fingerprint visitors from their IP address, browser or other data in order to display its statistics. The form itself does not keep what you type in cookies or local storage.
According to Cloudflare’s documentation, the measurement covers page views, the site the visitor came from, their country, browser, operating system, device type and page load times. We only look at these measurements in Cloudflare’s dashboard, and we do not build visitor profiles from them.
The script loads from Cloudflare’s servers. As with any web request, sending these measurements passes the visitor’s IP address and browser characteristics to Cloudflare; Cloudflare receives and processes them. Its documentation describes what the tool collects.
What Cloudflare states about its tool, as read on 16 October 2026 at cloudflare.com/web-analytics: “Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or localStorage, to collect usage metrics.” and “We also don’t ‘fingerprint’ individuals via their IP address, User Agent string, or any other data for the purpose of displaying analytics.” These are Cloudflare’s own words.
As with any web browsing, the hosting service processes the technical information needed to transmit and protect requests, including the IP address and browser characteristics.
