Your Shopify catalogue,

Connect your shop through Shopify to sync products, variants and the supported catalogue information.

The scope, stock rules and sync frequency are set during configuration. Bee2Bee can also manage its own catalogue without Shopify.

Purchase orders

Your orders sent
to your accounting tool.

When the integration is enabled and configured, Bee2Bee creates and updates purchase orders in Billit from the order information.

  • Customer and order information
  • Products, quantities, prices and taxes
  • Sync tracking in the admin
  • Option to retry a failed sync

This connection covers purchase orders in euros. It does not create invoices automatically: invoicing carries on in Billit.

Your information
stays usable.

Download order documents as PDF or Excel. Share them with your team or use them for the next steps in your process.

The exports available depend on the screen and the options in your space. We go through them with you during the demo.

Pennylane is coming.

We’re working on a connection to Pennylane, on the same principle as Billit. It is not available yet: if your accounting is on Pennylane, let us know and we’ll keep you posted.
